  • Don’t make it up! This is very important. Once prospective customers have reasons to doubt the testimonial, it would be counterproductive.
  • Avoid vague testimonials. The customer must be specific with details of how the service has helped. If possible, with facts and figures, or even evidence.
  • Avoid anonymous testimonials. Customers should at least supply data such as name, place of residence, and maybe the occupation.
  • Give your testimonials excellent visibility on your homepage. Let it be something visitors can see very quickly. Including audiovisuals as much as possible, not just words.
